How do you write a letter of intent not to press charges?
This is a great thing to get and to hold onto! It just means that someone messed up to the point where they could be prosecuted by the law and taken to court for breaking said laws. If someone gets a Letter of intent not to press charges then the party who broke the law is off the hook. I am no lawyer, but I was working with my dad as a paralegal at age 16 and passed my LSATS at a young age.
