Decide on a rhyme scheme and write! Words such as dog and frog, bone and moan etc. could be lexis you could include. It may be useful to go through the alphabet looking for rhymes, such as for dog: none for a, bog, cog, none for e, fog etc.
Think about some facts you know about faults, and then put them into a sentence. Then, change the words that need to be rhyming words and you should have a poem!
