- When and where you were born
- Who your parents, grandparents, siblings, and other relatives are
- What your personality is like
- Your hopes, dreams, etc
- Your fears, worries, etc
- Hobbies or activities
- Your positive qualities and negative qualities
End with something positive, like the fact that you're working hard at school or planning on a career in (whatever you're interested in).

- You can combined both first person and third person as in the example below.

But if you are writing about a caricature then you get to have some fun with it. First you pick your caricatures personalty is he/she funny, serious, stuck up. Then you make up the rest.
