It is not " Hanata wa katsu". It is "Anata wa Katsu". It means You will win. In japanese we write 彼方は、勝
"temari wa kirei de, kawaii desu."
'Boku wa koishiteru' is written as 僕は恋してる in Japanese. As you can see, the words 'boku' and 'koi' both use kanji.
笑う /wa ra u/ is the Japanese word for 'to laugh'. If you need it in imperative form, like saying to someone 'laugh!' it would be 笑ってください /wa ra-tte ku da sai/ in polite and 笑ってくれ /wa ra-tte ku re/ in common spoken form, and 笑え /wa ra e/ in plain form, which could be also thought of as arrogant tone/offensive to say it like that, depending on who to use it for.
