Subject : Requisition for cancellation of the sanctioned leave from August 28 through August 30, 2011 ( three working days)
I, Prem kumar, had applied for leave of absence from February 24 through Feb 27, 2013 (three working days), to take care of personal work at my native. Having finished all my works earlier than I anticipated, I don't think I would need any additional time. I am hereby sending this written request to consider my cancellation of the sanctioned leave for three days from Feb 24 through feb 27, 2013. I would be very grateful to you if you look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest possible and cancel my leave.
With the leave being cancelled, I also inform you that I am present at work today, Wednesday the 24th feb'13. Sorry for the inconvenience.
