March 30,2010 AD = annum domini or year of the Lord or AC= after Christ
Sunday, the 11th of November A.D. 2012.
04.04.1990
04-03-1988
You would simply add C.E. at the end, though It is generally accepted that dates of birth are in the Christian Era unless otherwise stated.
in the christian era, all you really have to do is read the Bible or something, and you will see how they spoke, or as they say, spake. (?)
Dates are written in several ways - April 5, 1996, 04/05/1996, 04/05/96, the 5th of April, 1996.... It depends on the reason for writing a date and what convention calls for. There is no 'Christian-era' language.
BCE is not a date. To turn the term BCE (Before the Common/Christian Era) into a date you need to put a number before it. A date is the numbering of a year. BCE years are years that came before the Christian era; that is, before Christianity emerged .
The abbreviation BCE, written in full as "Before Common Era" or "Before Christian Era" (both meanings being considered correct), flows more naturally when placed after the date.
There are several conventions to writing one's birth date or any date for that matter in the 'Christian' era. First, many were taught the break in our timeline is noted by BC or before Christ and AD meaning anno domini or the year of our Lord. This is sometimes noted as AC or after Christ. Today there is BCE and ACE simply meaning Before/After the Christian Era (sometimes Common Era). That being said, you may write 30-10-1981 as it is which the military likes to use sometimes omitting the 1981 and just using the 81. A standard application dating method is 10-30-81 (1981), or Oct (October) 30th, 1981. These are some of the variations used today.
BC in a date stands for Before Christ. The term used now is BCE for Before Common Era, Before the Christian Era or Before the Current Era.
Christian Era Broadcasting Service was created in 1968.
AD = CE or Common Era or Christian Era BC = BCE or Before Common Era or Before Christian Era
BC which stands for Before Christ has been changed to something a little less religious, and a little more accurately description wise. It is now B.C.E. which stands for Before Christian Era. (It also stands for Before Common Era) AD which stands for Anno Domini or Year of Our Lord, has been changed to CE which stands for Common Era or Christian Era. There is no difference date wise, any date that was BC is now the same date but the abbreviation is B.C.E. No matter what, the number stays the same
Which is the oldest era christian or Saka or Hijri or Vikrami?
