Be sure to change both front brake hoses. I didn't and my calipers would lock up.
not a problem, bring it over Saturday and we will do it then.
Are you talking about seized brakes? As in the wheels no longer turn because the brakes are stuck? or.......?

There should be a bolt that secures a wire. Untighten that bolt. Pull the wire until the brake is near the rim of the wheel. Hold that wire there wile tightening the bolt. If you can't tighten it...
