Actually, you can get the last three in any order, so I'll just tell you how to get the last three:

If your last character is Jigglypuff, just beat the Subspace Emmisary and find her in a door in the Swamp, and beat her

If you last is Toon Link, beat the Subspace Emmisary, find him in one of the doors in the Forest and beat him

If your last is Wolf, beat the Subspace Emmisary and find him in a door at the Ruins and beat him

*all these are in doors that weren't there before you beat the Subspace Emmisary
