my name is gan Kai teq i live in Malaysia i have at least a 4 pack and i didnt suscribe to any of these things as for i did work out with my father at 12 and in 4 weeks time i had my first pair. Mainly you just gotta do as many sit ups as you can. when yuou reach your climax that means your burning your fat off, and when the burn effects you don't stop immidietly work all out till you break that 100 percent lol cya( f.y.i i am 14 and now i got six already muahahahahaha)

yeah, what he said, but it really all comes down to how hard you're focusing on it. Your parents could get you a personal trainer if it's really important to you

They get six pack abs the same way anyone does. With youth it is usually more from low body fat than from anything else. I have a 6 year old son who has six pack abs, he eats little snacks all the time so his metabolism is always going. He doesn't like to sit still and watch a movie or TV show because he is always active. He does not do any specific abs exercises.

SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES IT TAKES A MONTH OR 2. KEEP IT GOING 100-200 Sit ups and 50 crunches a day.............. start off small though
