First DO NOT TURN IT ON turning it on may cause shortage and there will be no more trying to fix it, if it is on turn it off Second shake as much water out as possible to make sure nothings left in it Third put it in a warm place like on the dashboard of a car in the sunlight or try to blow dry it but make sure the blow dryer is on low, if every thing i told you did not work than try taking it to get fixed, hope i helped you!
