The problem could be the lock for the steering wheel. Move the steering either side while trying to turn the key.
You can cover your steering wheel to protect it against sun damage if you live in a hot area. Covering your steering wheel must be done so that the cover is secure. try turning your steering wheel hard either way WHILE turning the key, sometimes the steering wheel locking mechanism interferes. you wont be able to turn your steering wheel like your actually turning, just move it and it should let the key turn

your question is not very clean on your exact problem. I do know that saturns do have the tendancy to "Lock" the steering wheel to the point you cannot turn the ignition key. to remedy this, move the wheel back and forth with force while turning the key, sometimes the lock pin can get bound up in the steering column and prevent the key from turning.
