How do zoo keepers use science in their jobs?

Answer:
Because they need to know the proper environments for their animals. They can't just give them some pavement, food and water you know. They also need to know what animals need to eat. They can't give them cheeseburgers. Lastly, they need to know how many animals they need. It would be sad if there was only one lonely capuchin monkey in a habitat.
