How does Japan's environment influence Japan's culture?

Answer:
Japan is known for a hobby, or sometimes even counted as a sport in Japan, called landscaping. Japan is a country popular for their gardens and their techniques. If it is painting bridges, arranging lilly pads, planting bamboo, trimming Bansai trees etc. Japan also has a wide range of botanical gardens in Tokyo, and Kyoto. A special landmark in Japan known as mt. Fuji, has a large influence on people because it is a very special landmark of the world, but also, over 40,000 people climb mt. Fuji each year. The Japanese environment also effets religion. For buddhist monks to learn, they need a buddhist monastery to live in. Possibly in a quiet, and nice area to train for true enlightenment.
