How does Juliet feel about Romeo?

He is upset over his death and visits his grave (but only because Juliet happens to be buried there as well). Romeo does not appear to have liked Tybalt (he was an unlikable guy), but he was prepared to put up with him because he was a relative. His upset over Tybalt's death was more due to the fact that the Capulets (well, Lady C anyway) would now really hate him and would not likely accept his marriage to Juliet even as a fait accompli.

She is actually very faithful to them. She treats them with much more seriousness than the nurse does. When the nurse would badmouth Romeo for killing Tybalt, Juliet retorts, "Shall I speak ill of him who is my husband?" Later, when the nurse suggests that it would be ok for Juliet to marry Paris even though Romeo is still alive and married to Juliet, it is the last straw for Juliet. The nurse does not take Juliet's married status seriously. Juliet does.

Juliet is the one who raises the question of marriage ("If that thy bent of love be honorable, thy intention marriage"), and this is the same night she met Romeo. She wants Romeo very badly (we see this in her "Gallop apace" soliloquy) but she will not have him without a marriage first. So it is fair to say that she is more desperate to marry him than he is to marry her. Not that he has any objection, but the marriage thing is her idea, not his.
