His solitary life and disdain for those in need will ultimately lead others to find comfort and happiness from his death. No one will mourn his passing and his money and possessions will be stolen by the desperate and corrupt, the very people he condemned in life. His final legacy will be that of a cheap tombstone in an unkept graveyard. Scrooge then weeps over his own grave, begging the ghost for a chance to change his ways before awakening to find it is Christmas morning. He has been given an opportunity to repent after all. ∙ 13y agoOK now i have seen this movie. after the magical people took scrooge and showed him what can happen and what people said about him he had changed he had come really happy and stop being mean and he had really learned a lesson and when the the spirit made him say sorry the spirit made it seam like he was going to buried alive.

∙ 10y agoIn the beginning, he hates Christmas, all people, and pretty much hates any thing that isn't going to end in him getting money. After being visited by the 3 ghosts who show him what will happen if he continues acting as he does (they pretty much say in will die and rot in hell) , he sees the error of his ways, he becomes a nicer person and is less greedy.
