Speaking personally, technology is not that important in my life. It only becomes important when I have a required need for it. I have never had a mobile phone, neither have I owned an iPod or any other fancy gizmo that so many people feel that they cannot do without. I do admit the my computer has now become a necessity in my communicating with people like yourself. I do like answering questions on a few subjects that I have some knowledge of, and my computer is the fastest way in which I can reply to a question. TV I can do without as I find a book of more interest. I would say that only 25% of all technology that I could use in my home is of any importance to me.
