You simply cannot lose weight that fast.Well, not if you do honest work. You can only lose 7 pounds a week by starvation or very low calorie diets, which aren't good either.

AnswerActually, you should give up all diary and artificial stuff (i.e, Smoothies, Ice Cream, Hubba Bubba, etc) By giving up diary, you un-bloat yourself. Also, dairy is high-fat and it traps gas in your system. And artificial foods have high-calories in them and lots of other things. I gave up Dairy and artificl foods and lost 9lbs in a week.
