Most Wiccan's celebrate their birthday no different than anyone else. Friends, cake, decorations, and presents are usually pretty common themes of any birthday celebration, and the same is true of Wiccan Birthdays. Wiccan's are no different then everyone else.

∙ 11y agoThe same as other people's practices. We buy overpriced cake, wrap hastily bought gifts, and wear goofy party hats. For the birth of a child we may have a baptism style ceremony and if the parents are so inclined may welcome the child into a coven (when the child is mature enough) through a Initiation Ceremony. Other birthdays are just "normal" birthdays.
