Some ways a car can set on fire itself:
Parking on a flammable substance like leaves or rags when the car has been driven awhile. (the catalytic converter can get hot enough to start a fire)
Driving with a flat tire long enough for the tire to get so hot that it ignites (I've seen this happen)
An electrical short that makes a spark and starts a fire
Lighter+Gasoline=Car Fire
