A managers leadership style influences effectiveness/effeciency in many ways. One of the more obvious ways is through the establishment of a company culture. If a manager wishes to spur creativity/brain storming then micro-management is usually not a good strategy. However, cultures such as in the Armed Forces requires a more strict leadership strategy in order to continue to maintain that strict discipline company culture. Immplementing the proper leadership style directly impacts the effective response of the work place.
