AnswerFrom my own experience I can tell you that its hard to explain. It's such an almost weird feeling that I don't think I've ever felt anything like it. All I can say that it feels like your stomach is full (like when you've had way to much to eat).

It's difficult to explain, because you are feeling the movement from the inside of your body. Normally you are not aware of movement of your internal organs. Occasionally you may have felt food passing through your intestines, but that is minor compared to this. But I actually think it feels most similar to running your tongue around the inside of your cheeks. It's a pushing, stretching feeling that you can sense from the inside and outside at once. There is a slippery feeling to it, along with pokes and jabs. For me, at least, it definitely feels like a live creature inside, trying to get out! Hard to believe!

Other than that I don't think someone can really say what it feels like to have a fetus move around inside of you. It's unique to everyone.

No. The first movements are very faint and feel more like butterflies in your stomach. Sometimes towards the end of pregnancy it can get a little uncomfortable...the feeling is probably mutual!

It feels like a baby is moving inside of you. There really isn't much to compare it to. It feels weird, sometimes painful or nauseating, but mostly just weird. If it's the first time, it feels like there was a butterfly which moved it's wings against yoru skin. Except it's from inside. As the baby grows, it feels like someone is kicking you from inside.
