well if you are the girl then you just need to be yourself and if this guy doesnt like you then move on. or you can ask him out yourself. what you would say is i really like you and i dont know if you feel the same way but would you ever go out with me? and either they say yes or they say no. personally i dont as people out i get asked out cause i just find it weird to be the girl and ask someone out. so just leave the asking to the guys.
