V = sqrt(γRT/M)

where γ = Cp/Cv

R - gas constant

M - average molar mass of air.

All should be taken in same system of units.

When the temperature of the air is increased by 4 times then speed of sound will be increased by 2 times. Same way if it is decreased by 9 times then speed will be decreased by 3 times.
