insert your ATM Card
key in your PIN number - the ATM machine will validate the PIN you entered with the PIN maintained with the bank records
select the service you want (withdrawal, balance inquiry etc) - the ATM machine will check if you have enough funds in your account to do the transaction selected.
collect cash or receipt
take out card

The ATM can count money and dispense money accordingly because it has proper software programmed into it.
