Normally it involves a trip to the local courthouse and applying for a marriage license. Careful, though. Some jurisdictions (Puerto Rico, for example) have a stated policy that the court will call Immigration authorities if they find out an applicant is unlawfully present in the U.S. Check with your local immigration attorney for the full info.

I am having same problem by my reserch and my fiance's you can't u need at least a k-1 visa or the marrage may not be honored by the US gov'ment
