I have heard a few different things. But what is actually true is an orca 'killer whale' actually will take a calf from a pod and drown it. but to kill an older dolphin it usually attacks it because orcas have teeth.
The Orca torpedoes up into the shark's stomach from underneath, causing the shark to explode.lol just a joke. Actually the orca will bite the shark, slap it with its big tail fluke, or headbutt it since the shark's bones are weak.
actually the particular orca that did this took advantage of 'tonic immobility' (when turned upside down sharks are temporarily paralysed) and flipped it and then held it until it drowned
They swim super fast and ram their pray (sharks) which kills their pray
Orcas kill sharks by using their brains. Ideas (Killer whales) hunt and kill sharks in groups but they can kill sharks alone without getting insured or killed. Orcas are self-trained on how to kill sharks. Killer whales are extremely intelligent ocean predators and can flip sharks upside down causing tonic immobility. One of the orca whales can take on a great white shark highlighting hurt by itself. 1 orca bumps into the gills of a shark causing the shark to get flipped upside down causing tonic immobility in the shark's body. This causes the shark to stop moving, stop breathing and stop denominated it makes an easy meal for a killer whale to eat.
If the seal is in the water they catch them by surprise. But if they are on the a steep hill close to the water they jump onto the ground with little effort so they dont get stuck, then grab one and try to slide back into the water.
The killer whale can kill Great White Sharks. If you saw the program on the TV about a week ago, it would have told you about how it kills them. Basically the Orca barges into the side of the Shark (winds it) and then grabs it and turns it upside down so its belly is up. This puts it in a trance. If the Orca was to hold the Shark in that position it would slowly suffocate as Great White Sharks need water constantly flowing over the gills. Then the Orca would eat the shark. And leave the scraps to the Seagulls.
Actually, not all killer whales kill. They may attack if they feel unsafe. try checking www.Google.com or www.Ask.com if this did not help you much.
sometimes sharks fight killer whales.
yes
because they want to
Yes, killer whales are super predators. Regardless that killer whales are able to hunt and kill sharks and more likely that sharks will always lose fights against killer whales!
Killer whales have developed a taste for sharks liver. They will actively hunt, kill and eat great white sharks.

sharks do feed off of dolphins and so do killer whales but a killer whale is a species of dolphin. If we are talking about killer whales the killer whale is an apex predator and eats sharks !
KIller Whales do not attack sharks and they do not attack anything that they see. Killer Whales only eat small sharks and fish because No creatures are mindless killers there is always a reason
Killer whales are really big so the answer is no but killer whales can kill great white sharks. Killer whales kill everything that lives in the ocean that's how people called orca whales a killer whale.
