How does anne feel they are compensated for their privations?

She loved them all. She did have a couple of arguments with her sister, Margot, but the still got along. She had a strainded relationship with her mother, though, and they couldn't see eye to eye.

Anne very much admired Margot (and was also a bit jealous of her), but Anne was often frustrated by Margots careful "correctness" and lack of spontaneity. Underneath it all, though, the two sisters...

Well, when she was alive she felt a great amount of hatred towards them. Even though she was German. She did not survive, but I doubt her opinions of them improved at all while she was in the camps.

She felt cut off from the world, petrified, taunted, felt like she didn't fit in with the world.
