Diabetes can exist without external physical indications. Usually, by the time they show up, damage has already been done to the body. If you believe you might have diabetes, you should see your physician for testing.

Physical characteristics that can lead to diabetes are:

* Abdominal obesity (excessive fat tissue in and around the abdomen) * High triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol and high LDL cholesterol

* Elevated blood pressure * Insulin resistance or glucose intolerance (the body can't properly use insulin or blood sugar) * Lack of exercise However, these are not necessarily present in all cases. My brother is 6'5", and has never weighed more than 180 lbs in his life. He is an insulin-dependent diabetic.

You cant really tell if a person has diabetes because it's all on the inside of them .

Now , someone with diabetes may have some type of insulin pump , in a little pouch or in there pocket , some insulin pumps you will see have a clear wire connecting to them.

I strongly suggest that you goto the American Diabetes Association site and read about this.

There are two basica typse of "type 2". Maybe they should make then into seperate types. Like Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 to clarify the causes.

Type two can be from a partial destruction of the pancreas beta cells. These are the cells that produce insulin.

Another type of "type 2" is where the pancreas makes enough insulin but your cells do not open up and accept the insulin. In this the "insulin receptors" are not genetically correct.

The symptoms are thirst, hunger that never stops, loss of weight but not always; tiredness and depression.

It is best to have your HbA1c tested and test your Blood glucose one hour after eating. If you are "doctor phobic" or just poor, you can buy a test to see from Walmart or any discount pharmacy.

I strongly suggest you see a medical doctor.

Diabetes affect what in your body?

Type 2 diabetes affects the body in several ways due to the body's inability to properly use insulin or to produce enough insulin to maintain normal blood sugar levels. When insulin function is impaired, as in type 2 diabetes, it can lead to various health complications. Here are some ways type 2 diabetes affects the body: High Blood Sugar (Hyperglycemia): The hallmark of type 2 diabetes is elevated blood sugar levels. When blood sugar levels are consistently high, it can damage blood vessels and organs throughout the body over time. Cardiovascular System: Type 2 diabetes significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular complications such as heart disease, heart attack, stroke, and peripheral artery disease. High blood sugar levels can damage the blood vessels and contribute to the buildup of plaque, narrowing the arteries and restricting blood flow. Kidneys: High blood sugar levels can damage the kidneys over time, leading to diabetic nephropathy. This condition can result in kidney failure or irreversible kidney damage, requiring dialysis or kidney transplantation. Which is the best approach and medicine for diabetes type 2 ? Diabetes and high blood pressure require a multimodal approach that includes regular monitoring, pharmaceutical management, and lifestyle modifications. Healthy Diet: Limit salt, saturated fats, and added desserts while consuming a diet high in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and protein that is lean. Medication: As instructed by your healthcare professional, take the prescribed blood pressure drugs. These could be Glimsentro-MV2, Glipsentro 10 Tablet, Voglisentro 0.3 MD Tablet, Glimsentro-MV2, or other drugs based on your particular requirements directed by Sentro Pharma and Healthcare. Regular Exercise: Perform muscle-strengthening exercises on a minimum of two days per week in addition to at least 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per week, such as jogging, cycling, swimming, or brisk walking.
