Yes, Honey with luke warm water does help you loose weight drastically. Its proved. I have many instances of people who really tried this and it does workout to a great extent !!!!! But remember, its must be with warm water only !!!!! Honey with cold water will help you add some extra weight :)

Yes it can. U have to consume one glass in the morning (empty stomach) and one in evening (before bed). 1 teaspoon in one glass warm water
