Uhh..I've always thought that exercise does not increase "bone flexibility". I think stretching more than plain exercise increases the elasticity, tone, and overall strength of the tendons and muscles covering the bones, which is really what dictates how flexible you are. The better shape your tendons and muscles are, the more range of motion and flexibility you will have.
Maybe that's why people who do yoga have such flexible and supple bodies...because yoga focuses mostly on muscular control and incorporates alot of stretching.
I don't know if that's a fact..it's just my reasoning. I could be completely wrong, who knowwss?
No, people who are more flexible do not have more bones.
It is known as cartilage.
Children are more flexible in general because compared to developed adults they are still growing and attaining calcium as well as other vitamins that help harden bones and make them inflexible.
BE MORE FLEXIBLE!DO CART WHEELS!!! EXERCISE!! Once your flexible. Do windmills with your legs straight
Joint
If the exercise is too vigorous, it can destroy cartridge. Extremely vigorous exercise, such as trying to break bricks with the side of your hand, can cause damage to bones. As a result, the recommended exercise to keep your cholesterol from clogging your arteries is low impact such as walking.
Spelled cartilage- it is a tough, flexible tissue in the body. Your nose and ears are cartilage.
I believe that your bones do become more weak if you don't get enough exercise or stop doing a specific sport or stop your workout routine.
softball or basketball
their bones are not fused together yet so they have more of them teenagers have less bones cause some are fused together mean while some are not fused I learned this is science class

Younger people are more flexible than older people because younger people stretch more and exercise more as they are much more flexible. Older people don't exercise a lot and don't stretch a lot as joints get stiffer and tighter with age. Younger people does ballet dance to stretch their connective tissue and they get a lot more flexible as adults.
