Lemon can boost your loss weight, but if you want to thin down you should follow a diet plan at the same time, lemon isn't a "miracle solution" !

Drinking lemon water helps balance ph, boosts your immune system, aids digestion and weight loss as well as stimulating your liver. It also provides you with a great dose of vitamin C.So yes this definitely good to add this ingredient to a diet ! but if you want you could try others flavoured waters ideas like "CUCUMBER, MINT & LEMON WATER", this is really healthy and the taste is quite good.

Yes, drinking water especially, because most of the time you think you are 'hungry' you are actually thirsty. Which means you eat when really you aren't hungry, neglecting your thirst. Lemon juice or squeezing lemons themselves in your water, accelerate your metabolism, making digestion easier and more frequent. Please keep in mind that this is a process if you do this once, surely you can not expect to loose even one pound, but making a habit of drinking LOTS [no such thing as self exaggeration in this situation] of water it will help your hunger to be far less frequent resulting, since you're fulfilling your thirst that was mistaken for hunger, yes WEIGHT LOSS.
