In my opinion, national pride is simply revering your country. Ethnocentrism is the fallacy that your country betters other countries. The difference between the two (near) synonyms is the fact that although you may hold your country in veneration, you need not believe other countries/cultures insignificant.
Ethnic pride is simply taking pride in one's cultural heritage. However, it can easily become ethnocentrism when one's own culture and ethnicity is seen as superior to or more important than others.
