Paul went to the grocery store to buy milk and it says that he collapses in aisle 3. They dont mention why he collapsed but since John Ritter died from heart problems, that could be the reason why Paul died.
yes he died in real life he was diagnosed with a sickness and went to a hospital and died that night the show wasnt done filming the episode so the had to make him die at the grocery store
