How does personal choice effect a person's diet?

Answer:
Things like Vegetarianism and Vegan and all that can affect the diet negatively and positively. Negatively because their not getting the nutrients from the meat such as protein and vitamin b12. Positively because they're possibly not eating as much fat as they would if they ate meat. Believe it or not, you actually need some callories in your diet, not to many calories, but a balanced amount.
