the amunt of rainfall is an indicator of a climate change that we experience today the rainfalls down then evaporates as the ozone layer is thicker than the normal the rain does not escape as particles the rain cycle will carry as on rainfall until we find away in which to reduce the dramatic thickness of the ozone layer.........

The amount of rainfall can differentiate places with different amounts of greenery, such as deserts and tropical rainforests. People around the area with more rainfall will also have more potable water. Rainfall will also cause flooding and landslides, which can cause a lot of damage.

I am certain others could improve this but here are some reasons:

As you would know a desert is a desert because of a few reasons but a big one is because of the lack of precipitation (Rainfall). Therefore the land does not get what it needs and turns to a waste land.

Whereas a tropical rain forest has large amounts of precipitation each year allowing health growth of nature and wildlife.

If you can put it together, the rain can make a big difference if the area will be a desert wasteland or a thriving ecosystem.
