It puts many men under the impression that he is more then just a piece of meat that can move around on the surface of the planet. and as a result of this he tends to cooperate with others and form a society that has ethics the in turn benefit mankind in general. It is easy to see however that this line of thinking does not apply to many of the more war like people that find themselves in leadership positions because of their nature.
