Many schools don't. I wish mine did. Softball is a wonderful sport that teaches teamwork,cooperation, hand eye coordination, athletic skills, and much more. It can bring a lot of prestige to a school. More schools should have them.

I dunno geeeezzz why bother answering when you 'dunno' the answer? it is an important social skill where children will need either in future studies (group assignments), sport or in their future couriers. There are very little job opportunities not utilising the social skill of teamwork. It will help student develop skills to make friends and socialize with others.
