If they are bad enough to disturb your living a normal life, go to a psychiatrist that treats panic disorders. There is a difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist. Be sure to choose the first, as you may need medication. A "Get Well" book is not enough. Give your problems to the Lord, too.
