Man, I don't know!
The Space Station and Shuttle astronauts keep Houston time, and sleep when it's night time in Texas. In the old Soviet-era Mir space station, the cosmonauts kept Moscow time. However, I believe that like ships, the ISS and Shuttle astronauts keep "watches", so that someone is awake at all times.

The shuttle astronauts carry some of the water needed for themselves and also deliver water to the International Space Station. Over a year 2200 liters are transported at a cost of $US11000 per liter. The ISS also has a Russian built device that processes the humidity in the air and condenses it for drinking and other purposes. On the shuttle, water is produced as a byproduct of the orbiter's fuel cells converting hydrogen and oxygen to electricity. Because of the massive cost of transporting water, NASA is working on a system that converts many of the astronauts' body fluids - and, yes, that includes urine - into drinkable water. See the Related Link below for the interesting details.

The American Skylab was the first space station put into space. It remained in Earth orbit from 1973 to 1979 and was visited by crews three times between 1973 and 1974.
It is important for an astronaut to have acceptable visual and auditory reactions because anything can happen when in space. They need to be able to quickly assess the situation and react appropriately.

When your measurement is close to the reaction time.
Caffeine increases the reaction time to visual and auditory stimuli
Ot can temporarily slow them somewhat.
Astronauts currently work in six month shifts on the international space station. A single astronaut might fly only once in his career. Others, however, have flown as many as five or six times! (Astronaut training is expensive.)
No, quite the opposite. They experience up to three times the normal force of gravity during the launch.
Research suggests that there is a small difference in reaction times between genders, with males typically having faster reaction times than females due to biological factors such as muscle mass and nerve conduction speed. However, individual differences within each gender can be more significant than differences between genders.
As age of man increases so his reaction times slow.
Astronauts aboard the Space Shuttle have dropped by the Hubble Space Telescope five times since 1993, to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades. The last time was in 2009, and there won't be any more.
Both the Soviet/Russian space authorities and NASA claim that there has been no sexual activity in space. However, tantalizing tidbits of information suggest that there has been at least a few times when astronauts have completed their own personal docking maneuvers.
The alcohol affects your brain, and it then makes your reaction slower. It basically relaxes the brain, so when you try to do do something, your brain is almost asleep.
