How does the UK parliament relate to the Australian parliament?

Answer:

They both use the Westminster System. The UK Parliament has had no valid legal influence in Australia since 1919. The historical evidence for Australian Independence by 10 January 1920 when the League of Nations became part of International law is overwhelming. When this evidence is reinforced with the contents of the Charter of the United Nations, the continued usage of any legislation that owes its very legitimacy to the parliament of an acknowledged foreign power cannot be supported by either legal opinion or indeed historical evidence.

The current monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll is excluded from any position of power in Australia by the United Nations Charter and is excluded under UK law from the issue of a Letters Patent to other than a British subject. A Letters Patent must refer to an action to be taken with regard to British Citizens. These documents no longer hold any valid legal authority in Australia and have not done so since 1919. Australia earned our right to sovereign independence, or should I say our soldiers earned it for us in a blood sacrifice during WW1. Australia lost over 61,700 men & women of our Armed Forces and over 155,000 were wounded in WW1.

It is of interest to note that the truth has been concealed for nearly 90 years from the Australian people by those who have had much to gain. The truth is not taught in our schools and universities. My father is nearly 95 years of age and he was never taught the truth.
