Assuming you mean the whole universe and not just the observable universe.
No one knows the answer to this question. We are not even sure the universe has an edge. Further it is even unknown if the universe has a finite volume.
Possibilities include:
- A universe with no edges and infinite extent(~volume)
- A universe with no edges but finite extent ( roughly analogous to the surface of the earth having no edges but finite area)
- A universe with edges(infinite or not infinite)
Many possible universe shapes exist in each of these categories and the universe may exist in more than 3 spacial dimensions further complicating the question. Edges may also exist in some directions but not others.
Despite not knowing the answer their are some bounds on the answer considering minimum size and level of local curvature.
