It's about what kind of life the child will have. Will it live a agonising painful life? And the parents. Can they provide for the child? No one will adopt a child that is sick or disabled in some way. It can be unethical to let the fetus become a baby and be born depending on the disorder.It can be selfish by the parents not to abort because of a principal.
