I walk about an hour each day and burn around 350 calories on each walk. Running you would burn more calories. I try to walk 2.5 miles each day, and that takes the full hour. Everyone should get 60 minutes of exercise each day. I walk 30 minutes, Stretch and do jumping jacks for about 15 minutes, and then walk another 30 minutes. If your are dieting here are some tips:
*Exercise about 60-120 minutes each day (more if you can)
*Try eating cereal for Breakfast each morning. ( It has no fat grams)
*Keep track of calories, and don't take in more then you should for your height, weight, and age.
I hope this helps:)

Please note that though Intense Cardio may sound harder (and, by that, less appealing) because it must be brief (compared to mild cardio) it can in fact better suit many people who
