More girls are abused because more boys fight back. The boys fight back before it gets too violent, most of the times. Most girls wait until their lives are in danger to fight. Boys also have more testosterone, which makes them stronger. A lot of people figured out that usually, but not always, it's less dangerous to hurt females. Males are also implosive. That means that more often than not, the boys who are being abused don't say anything. They let it go on in some cases, so they can build anger. Later, they use that anger to get back at their abuser. Most girls report being abused very soon after it begins.

Research suggests that girls may experience higher rates of abuse than boys due to various socio-cultural factors. These can include gender inequalities, social norms that perpetuate violence against women and girls, and unequal power dynamics. Additionally, underreporting of abuse by boys might contribute to a perception that girls experience more abuse. It's important to address these underlying factors and promote gender equality to prevent and mitigate abuse against girls and boys alike.
