Let me be unhappy to share my experience with the water heater I purchased from Buyplumbing.net that they not only did not support what they had sold me, but they never returned any of my calls after I shared with them the experience I had with Rheem's premature failure of their 6 yr. water heater. Rheem's 50 gallon water heater failed 18 months after installation. My property damage, they told me to submit to my insurance company and being it was a holiday, the over $600 installation cost they would only reimburse $250.00 and $270 for the water heater that sells for over $500 in our area. They stated, they had to keep the cost down in order to maintain low pricing to other consumers that have yet to have failures. In essence, they believe it's their consumer that gets their defective product that has to absorb the financial loss from their manufacturing process and pay the price and end up taking them to court. Should that be the company and encounter you would like to deal with should you have a problem, think about the purchase of this substandard equipment and company and think think twice about dealing with Buyplumbing.net and Standard Plumbing, their parent company which will also be in court as well as they instructed Buyplumbing to ignore any response reference this situation.
