These cards are more difficult to find than the Honus Wagner T206 card. There are few Topps Venezuelan cards (Mantle, Clemente, Koufax, etc) than Wagner cards. I have read that there are 50-100 Wagner cards. Believe it or not, you can find less Mantle, Koufax or Clemente cards from 60's. If you find one in high grade, this card should increase its price in the years to come. I am from Venezuelan and have been watching and collecting these cards for near a half century and know what I am talking about.

What is the value of scratched off 1964 Topps baseball cards?

1964 Topps Baseball CardsThe 1964 Topps cards featured a trivia question at the bottom back of the card. To find the answer you took a coin, and scratched off the box. I'm fairly certain that a scratched off card will not effect the overall grade of the card and you could still find the book value accordingly but a near mint card that is not scratched off might sell for slightly more.A complete set of 1964 Topps baseball cards consisted of 587 cards and has a book value of about $1,200. - $2,000. in very good - excellent condition, and $4,000. in near mint condition.Key cards in the set include: #50 - Mickey Mantle, #125 - Pete Rose, #200 - Sandy Koufax, #331 - AL Bombers, and card #440 - Roberto Clemente.See Related Links below for a complete 1964 Topps baseball card checklist.

How do you find out what kind of baseball cards you have?

If you mean what brand, than look on the back of the card, everywhere. You should find something that says Topps, or Upper Deck, or Fleer, or Goudey, or something like that. If you mean the name, it's on the front and back, and if you mean what date that look on the back of the card, look at the bottom, and then if you can see in really small letters it will say for example Topps 2004.

How much is baseball and basketball cards cost between 1989 to 1992?

are you looking 4 current value or retail value. and there were millions of different cards printed within those years so anywhere from nothing to $400-$600 for autographs and jersey cards. buy a Beckett it will tell you. As stated above, the question is not specific enough to give a current value, as there are too many different issues to list. You would need a price guide like Becketts to find this information. I'm going to treat the question as "how much did" (past) instead of how much is"(current), and Cost as the selling price, as value would be current worth. The cost for a pack of cards for both sports, and all of the major companies at the time should be about the same. The major companies were Topps, Upper Deck, Fleer, Donruss, and Score. The Bowman name was also brought back by Topps in 1989, as it was the first year for Upper Deck. Topps at .45 cents per 15 card wax pack in 1989 would put the cost of a card at about .03 cents each. The Topps base set issued in 15 card wax packs sold at a cost as follows. * 1988 Topps Wax Pack - .40 cents * 1989 Topps Wax Pack - .45 cents * 1990 Topps Wax Pack - .50 cents * 1991 Topps Wax Pack - .50 cents * 1992 Topps Wax pack - .55 cents
