How has dell computers changed from a traditional organization to a transformed organization in the last five years?

The one thing I noticed was that their customer care has gone way down hill, possibly into the toilet.

The biggest changes, I would say, is that computers got smaller and smaller and more and more powerful. (Of course, real computers aren't 100 years old yet.)
