As long as it is well covered then a Guinea Pig can be out all winter. Preferably a Guinea Pig should be kept in a hutch in a Shed or Garage over winter but you can get some wonderful covers now called Hutch Huggers.

You are best to either let them go in a run outside or let them out in your house. You are best letting it run in your house, but keep it away from wires and spaces it can hide in.
