A Buick Park Avenue doesn't have a garage door, so I can only assume:
Slide the spring clip of the opener onto your sun visor. Wha-La!

Park Avenues between 91-96 have garage door opener housings built into the overhead consoles. It's simply a matter of removing the console from the ceiling (held up with plastic clips) and installing the opener. If you have your owners' book it says how to do it.
