How introduce oneself and introduce someone?

ask directly or you first introduce yourself

1 Tell your full name, starting by the first name then the surname.. 2 your age.. 3 where are you from?. 4 What is your academic level? Were did you study? And which depatement?. 5 your hobbies...

If it is formal, you could introduce the individual as, for example, Dr. Joseph Smith. When informal, I personally introduce the individual by name only.

to be familiar you would say te presento a .... to be formal you would say le presento a ....... they both mean let me introduce you to .......

It depends on if it's a male or a female.(introducing a woman named Sarah): takiri et Sarah (תכירי את שרה)(introducting a man named David): takir et David (תכיר את דויד)
